Adam Piser is the founder and managing broker of Domain Properties LLC. Mr. Piser began his brokerage career over fifteen years ago in New York City. He specialized in selling luxury properties throughout Manhattan. Since relocating back to Chicago and founding Domain Properties, Mr. Piser’s experience in development, construction, and acquisitions has become a critical resource for his residential and commercial clients in each transaction.
Since 2001, Mr. Steinberg has worked in commercial real estate in the Chicago market. He focuses on a variety of product types including investment property, industrial, retail, office, land, and gas stations. Mr. Steinberg also specializes in working directly with principals to devise a plan that best suits the needs of the client. Over the last 14 years he has represented buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords in achieving their real estate goals. Mr. Steinberg recognizes that every client’s needs are unique and equally important. He prides himself on having a completely open dialogue with the client, guiding them through the process from inception to completion. Mr. Steinberg is available to his clients any time, day or night.
After attending Illinois State University to study Business Administration, Mr. Steinberg immediately began his career in the commercial real estate industry. He has had several great mentors in his career that have taught him the skills and persistence needed to succeed in the industry. Even though real estate is his true passion, in his spare time he enjoys playing golf and skiing. He’s been married since December of 2012 to his lovely wife Nataliy. Mr. Steinberg attributes his success to hard work, loyal clients, and the support of his family and friends.
Mrs. Wright began as a broker in 2004, achieving over $9 million dollars in sales in her first year. Since then, she has finely honed her skills as a negotiator, always getting the best deal for her clients. Jennifer has Chicago real estate in her blood, with her great-grandfather George Lurie and her grandfather Jerrold Wexler responsible for some of Chicago’s most notable buildings. Jennifer carries on both the family tradition and the tradition of family by working with her brother Adam Piser, president and founder of Domain Properties.
Mrs. Wright has a B.A. in English from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and an A.A. in theater from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles. Mrs. Wright resided in Los Angeles from 1998 to 2002 and while there worked at Warner Brothers Studios in the story department. It was there that she began to develop her own voice as a writer. Mrs. Wright has written for several publications, including Chicago Social and Michigan Avenue Magazine. It is this talent she brings to all of Domain’s advertising. She is keenly aware of the power of words when selling a home and as a seller, carefully crafted advertising is crucial. Mrs. Wright will always provide that for her clients. She resides in Lincoln Park with her husband and two children.
Christopher Martella is dedicated to his clients delivering powerful and effective marketing techniques to sell homes for top dollar and more importantly, in as little time as possible. Jennifer Pannetti has dual B.A.’s in Finance and Accounting and earned a Masters’ in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Audit and in Finance. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Jennifer was a Management Consultant at Grant Thornton where she advised global corporations such as HSBC and Inland. Her successful track record developing and implementing effective cost-saving/revenue-generating solutions translates well into real estate.
